Full Movement Method

F.M.M is a unique approach to resolving many muscle joint and nerve pains. The treatment consists of deep tissue massage and joint mobilisation to restore the client to a pain free state and freedom of movement.  Maria has a wide personal knowledge of sports and competes in tennis, running, rowing and sailing, and has no doubt that the occasional F.M.M treatment not only enhances sport performance but helps prevent injury.
